Halley-Style Quick Cake? The Halley-Style Quick Cake Recipe and...
Ingredients
- 1 package of Halley cookies (the 8-count kind)
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 package of whipped cream (just one from the box)
- 5–6 walnuts
- Half a teacup of chocolate chips
- 1 package of Petibör cookies, crushed and used as a base for the cake
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation
- For the sauce, stir this mixture until it comes to a boil.
- Cut the Halley cookies into squares, then chop the walnuts with a knife and add them—they should be slightly chunky.
- Add the chocolate chips and break 12 Petibör cookies by hand without crumbling them too finely.
- In a separate bowl, whip 1 glass of milk with 1 package of whipped cream mix, then add this to the Halley mixture.
- After mixing everything together, line the bottom of our baking dish with the biscuits that we’ve soaked in milk.
- Spread this mixture on top, and once the sauce we’ve prepared has cooled completely, drizzle it over the cake.
