Treat Cookies (with video)? This recipe that is in tens of thousands of people's notebooks and.
Ingredients
- 250 g margarine or butter (at room temperature)
- 1 tea glass vegetable oil
- 1 piece egg
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1 packet baking powder
- As much un (approximately 5 cups)
- 1 piece orange zest
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
Preparation
- First, margarine or butter at room temperature, liquid oil, and egg are mixed.
- Then powdered sugar is added and mixed again.
- By adding baking powder, vanilla, and flour little by little on top, a soft consistency dough is obtained.
- Add orange zest to the kneaded dough and knead again. (Lemon would also work if you wish, but I adore the orange scent and taste of this cookie)
- Taking tiny pieces from the dough, we roll them and arrange them on the tray.
- We bake at approximately 160 degrees in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Be careful to keep the cookies white, do not let them brown.
- While the cookies are cooling, for the top, let's mix powdered sugar and cocoa in a suitable bowl until the white of the powdered sugar disappears.
- After the cookies have cooled completely, let's coat all sides in the cocoa mixture.
- Note; These measurements yield plenty of cookies. Since I made them small, I obtained close to 100 and perhaps even more than 100 cookies. If you wish, you can also, like me, not coat them all in the mixture and save them in your cupboard for unexpected guests.:)
- The ingredients you use must be at room temperature.
- To prevent your cookies from spreading, you should preheat your oven.
- You should coat your cookies in the cocoa mixture after they have cooled.
- 1 portion serving cookies correspond to approximately 368 calories.
