Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1.5 tablespoons sugar
- Half a glass of milk
- 1 glass of flour
- 1/2 (half) teaspoon baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1 packet chocolate cake frosting
Preparation
- I’ve shared the pancake recipe and instructions before.
- Cook the mini pancakes in a preheated nonstick skillet, using one teaspoon of batter at a time.
- In a mixing bowl, prepare the pastry cream according to the recipe on the package, then transfer it to a piping bag.
- Instead of pastry cream, you can use chocolate pudding, chocolate cremole, or chocolate sauce.
- Layer the cups with a pancake on the bottom and whipped cream on top. I made 5 cups using this recipe.
- Let them chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
