Ingredients
- 4 pieces egg
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 bottle soda (mineral water)
- 2 packets vanilla
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 piece lemon zest
- 1 piece lemon juice
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2,5 cups flour
Preparation
- Crack the eggs, which have been left at room temperature, into a bowl. Add granulated sugar on top and whisk well until it reaches a creamy consistency.
- Then add the mineral water, lemon juice and liquid oil and mix.
- Add the lemon zest as well.
- Finally, add the flour, baking powder and vanilla that you have sifted and mixed in a separate bowl, and mix.
- Pour the cake batter into the greased mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 min.
- Take your baked cake out of the oven and let it cool down.
- Remove your rested and cooled cake from the oven and serve it by slicing. Enjoy your meal!
