Magnolia

(4.5)

Ingredients
  • 5 glasses of milk (1 liter) 4 tablespoons of flour 100 ml of cream (half a can) 3/4 (one half + one quarter) cup of sugar 1 pack of vanilla 1 egg 1 pack of baby biscuits (other biscuits with oats can also be preferred) 1 cup of hazelnuts Strawberries
Preparation
  1. For the Magnolia pudding, combine the milk, granulated sugar, flour, eggs, and liquid cream in a saucepan. Start by mixing the ingredients with a wire whisk. Cook, stirring constantly, until the pudding thickens and bubbles, then turn off the heat. Add the vanilla and stir briefly, then transfer the pudding to a suitable mixing bowl. While the pudding is waiting, cover it with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming. Meanwhile, add the baby biscuits and roasted hazelnuts to a food processor and quickly pulse. Blend the cooled pudding for about two minutes with a mixer. Now, we can start filling the mugs we'll be serving with. Now, place the hazelnut biscuit mixture in the bottom of the mugs. Smoothing it with the back of a spoon will create a much more appealing appearance. Then, arrange the sliced strawberries around the edges of the mugs. Arrange the strawberries and divide the pudding among the mugs. Smooth the top of the pudding again with the back of a spoon. Finally, spoon another layer of the hazelnut biscuit mixture over the pudding. Garnish the top of the magnolia with sliced strawberries. After chilling in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, the strawberry magnolia is ready to serve.
