A very practical and delicious dessert recipe that you will make with ladyfingers.
Ingredients
18 pieces ladyfinger biscuits
3 cups milk
2,5 tablespoons flour
1,5 tablespoons wheat starch
1,5 tea glasses granulated sugar
1 piece egg yolk
1 packet vanilla
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup water
Preparation
For milk pudding ladyfinger dessert; put 3 cups milk and 1 piece egg yolk into a medium-sized deep pot.
Whisk the egg and milk well.
Then add 2 and a half tablespoons flour, 1 and a half tablespoons starch and 1 and a half tea glasses powdered sugar, and mix well again.
Place the pot on the stove. Cook, stirring constantly, until it reaches a thick consistency.
On the other hand, add 1 cup water and half cup powdered sugar into a small pot and mix. Let the syrup come to a boil. After boiling, lower the heat and boil for 5 minutes more.
Then, remove the cooked milk pudding from the stove. Add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 packet vanilla into it, and mix. Remove the syrup from the stove as well, and let it cool until 1 minute. Dip the ladyfingers into the prepared syrup, and remove them immediately without waiting too long.
Arrange the syrupy ladyfingers side by side in a medium-sized rectangular borcam (You can also soak the ladyfinger biscuits with milk instead of syrup).
Pour the milk pudding over the ladyfingers and spread it. In this way, let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours.
Decorate the top of the ladyfinger dessert with milk pudding you prepared with coconut or green pistachio powder. You can serve it by slicing.
