Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 1 packet baking powder and vanilla powder
- 3 heaping tablespoons banana pudding mix
Preparation
- Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer for 3 minutes.
- Add the liquid ingredients and beat again, then add the dry ingredients and beat again.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour to 40 minutes without opening the oven door.
- You can do the toothpick test; once it has cooled, it’s ready to serve.
