Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1.5 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2–3 cups sifted flour
Preparation
- First, beat the eggs until they’re frothy. Then add the sugar and beat again until the mixture turns white. Add the liquid ingredients one by one.
- Finally, sift the flour, baking powder, and vanilla together and add them to the mixture. After adding the flour, mix gently with a spatula without overmixing.
- Grease a baking sheet and pour more than half of the plain batter onto it. Add the cocoa to the remaining batter and mix.
- Pour it onto the pan and use a knife to create random shapes. I sprinkled peanuts and sesame seeds on top.
- Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven. Check if the center is done with a toothpick, then turn off the oven.
