Preparation
- First, milk, flour, rice flour and granulated sugar are cooked on the stove by stirring until they reach the consistency of milk pudding.
- Then, when it boils and thickens, butter and vanillin are added. The cooked milk pudding is distributed into cups.
- For the peach sauce, peaches are peeled and pureed in a food processor with sugar and starch added.
- It is boiled by stirring once and poured over the milk pudding in the cups.
