A very light, easy-to-make, and delicious dessert you can whip up with peaches.
Ingredients
- 3 medium peaches
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Chopped hazelnuts
Preparation
- To make peach dessert in a skillet: First, cut 3 medium-sized peaches in half and remove the pits.
- Then, peel the peaches and slice them into medium-thick slices.
- In a separate medium, wide skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Add 3 tablespoons of brown sugar to the melted butter.
- Stir the sugar well to ensure it dissolves.
- Next, arrange the sliced peaches side by side in the skillet, making sure they don’t overlap.
- Cook the peaches in the skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then carefully flip the peach slices and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Occasionally spoon some of the syrup over them.
- Remove the pan of fried peaches from the stove and set it aside to cool slightly. Then transfer them to a serving plate, sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts, and drizzle a little syrup over them. You can serve them with ice cream or whipped cream on the side.
