Peach Cup with Butter? This recipe and...
Ingredients
- 1 liter of milk
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- About 1 glass of granulated sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1 packet of powdered whipped cream (after it cools)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Blend 3 peaches in a blender (We’ll use the juice; if you prefer, you can use peach juice instead—if you use fruit juice, omit the sugar)
- About 2–3 tablespoons of sugar
- About 1.5 tablespoons of cornstarch
Preparation
- Mix the milk, flour, and sugar. Once it reaches a custard-like consistency, add the vanilla and butter.
- Set it aside to cool. Once it’s cooled, add the whipped cream and blend it in a blender.
- To make the sauce, we won’t use the pulp from the peaches we blended.
- Pour the juice into a small saucepan.
- Add sugar to taste, along with 2–3 tablespoons of cornstarch, and cook until it thickens.
- At the very bottom of each ice cream cup, layer the custard, then top with the peach sauce.
- Repeat this process for all the cups. Place them in the refrigerator to chill for 2–3 hours. You can decorate the tops however you like :)
