- 3 packets burçak biscuit
- 1 liter milk
- 1 cup starch
- 1 cup sugar

- 1 packet whipped cream
- 2 packets chocolate
Preparation
- First, let's prepare the cream.
- We take all of the milk into a pot.
- We add starch, vanilla and sugar and stir until it thickens.
- When the milk pudding reaches its consistency, lower the heat, add the whipped cream, and stir for 1-2 more minutes.
- Then we turn off the heat and let it rest.
- We pass the Burçak biscuits through a food processor, pour them into a baking dish, and pour the whipped cream we prepared over them.
- I don't like coffee or cocoa because they are bitter, so I passed the chocolate through a processor and sprinkled it on top, of course you can decorate it as you wish:) good luck in advance to those who will make it
