Cold Biscuit Cake

(4.5)

Ingredients
  • 2 packs of petibor biscuits 1 liter of milk 1 cup of granulated sugar 2 tablespoons of flour 2 tablespoons of starch 2 tablespoons of cocoa 1 pack of vanillin 1 tablespoon of butter For the top: Coconut, grated chocolate or crushed hazelnuts
Preparation
  1. First, prepare the pudding. In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, flour, starch, and cocoa powder. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. When it begins to thicken, reduce the heat to low and continue cooking, stirring, for a few more minutes. Once thickened, turn off the heat, add the vanilla, and butter, and stir. Break the biscuits in half, or you can use them whole. Arrange the biscuits in the bottom of a square or rectangular baking dish. Pour some of the custard mixture over the biscuits and smooth them out with a spatula. Continue layering until the ingredients are used, alternating layers of biscuits and custard. Cover the top with the custard. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with shredded coconut, grated chocolate, or hazelnuts before serving. When the biscuits absorb the pudding and soften, the classic “summer cake” emerges, which is neither cake nor pudding but is tastier than both 🍫☀️ The savior of hot days, a guest favorite — both easy and oven-free! Bon appetit.

Bisküvili Soğuk Pasta için Çikolatalı dokusu çok iştah açıcı görünüyor, ölçüler de anlaşılır verilmiş. Ellerinize sağlık.
