Walnut Sucuk? Of the Walnut Sucuk Recipe and.
Ingredients
- 300 g walnut kernels
- half cup flour
- half cup starch
- half cup sugar
- 1 tea glass milk
- 1 cup molasses
- 3 cups water
- Quilt thread
- Quilt needle
- Clothes hanger
Preparation
- Let's crack the walnuts and take out the insides. You can crack the walnuts to the size you want.
- Let's thread the walnuts we cracked; you can adjust the length.
- Set the place in advance to hang the walnuts.
- Let's take molasses, milk and water into the pot, let's mix them well before putting them on the stove.
- Then, mix the flour and starch well to open them up and whisk until smooth, then turn on the stove and cook while stirring constantly.
- Immediately after it thickens, turn off the heat and while it is hot, dip the walnuts and distribute the molasses evenly all over. (molasses loses its fluidity when it cools) I dipped them once; if you want the outside to be thick, you can dip them twice, the preference is yours.
- You can also hang the walnuts you dipped and hang the sucuk on the hangers by attaching them to the cabinet doors.
- After the sucuk dries a bit, you can move it to a suitable place and continue drying it. If the weather is good, it dries very well in 3-4 days.
- You can spread the remaining molasses very thinly on parchment paper on a baking tray and make pestil.
- You can sprinkle walnuts and sesame seeds on the pestil as you wish and dry it.
