Ingredients
- 3 pieces apple
- 3 pieces egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 water glass and 1 fingers less liquid oil
- 2 cups flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1 cup walnut kernels (Optional)
Preparation
- Whisk the egg and sugar well. Add vegetable oil into it and mix again.
- Add flour, baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon.
- Add the apples that you have peeled and cut into tiny cubes and pour them into the greased tray.
- I used a 26 cm springform cake pan, but you can also make it in a large square borcam.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for approximately 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven by doing a toothpick test. Once cooled, you can serve by sprinkling powdered sugar. I saw the recipe on the dear @kakulelimutfak page and tried it.
