Ingredients
- 150 grams butter at room temperature
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 packet vanilla
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 2 cups flour (200 ml, measured)
- 1 packet of whipping cream
- 160 grams of milk and dark chocolate mix
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of chopped hazelnuts
- 80 grams of milk chocolate
Preparation
- First, let’s prepare the ganache. Pour the heavy cream into a small saucepan and heat it.
- Then add the chocolate and butter, and whisk thoroughly with a hand mixer. Place it in the refrigerator to thicken.
- For the dough, place all the ingredients except the flour in a mixing bowl.
- Gradually add the flour until you have a dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll them into balls. Grease the tart pan and place the dough inside.
- Gently press down with your hands to shape it. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven until golden brown.
- Once the tart has cooled, remove it from the pan. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler for dipping.
- Dip the tarts first in the chocolate, then in the chopped hazelnuts.
- Finally, transfer the prepared ganache to a piping bag and pipe it into the center of each tart. Transfer to a serving plate.
