Caramelized Quince Dessert

Caramelized Quince Dessert? this recipe and.

Ingredients
  • 4 large quince (prefer quince bread)
  • 8 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 8 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 water glass minus 2 fingers of water (we will divide it into two bags)
  • 2 pieces oven bag
  • 1 piece lemon
  • 1 soup spoon butter
  • 1 coffee cup cream
  • 1 coffee cup quince syrup (we will separate it after it comes out of the oven)
  • 1 Box of cream (1coffee cup set aside)
  • 1 packet whipped cream
Preparation
  1. Wash the quinces, cut them in half, peel them, and remove the seeds.
  2. Keep the quinces in lemon water so they do not turn dark.
  3. Mix granulated sugar and brown sugar (if there is no brown sugar, use all granulated sugar 16 spoons)
  4. Fill the centers of the figs with 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
  5. Place 4 pieces in a baking bag, put quince peels and seeds between them, add its juice, and tie the mouth. Make holes on top with a toothpick.
  6. Apply the same process to the other bag.
  7. Top and bottom oven (I baked it on turbo setting)
  8. I cooked it at 160 degrees for 30 min at 200 degrees for 45 min, a total of 1 hour 15 min.
  9. Each oven's baking time is different.
  10. Carefully open the bag you took out of the oven.
  11. Drizzle 1-2 spoons of the syrup accumulated in the bag over the quinces.
  12. Wait for it to cool down completely. (I made it in the evening and let it wait until morning)
  13. Pour the syrup in the bag into a glass storage container along with its seeds. As the syrup cools, it allows the seeds inside to darken.
  14. For its cream, set aside 1 coffee cup of caramel to use for the cream. Whisk the remaining cream with 1 bag of whipped cream until it reaches consistency and keep it in the refrigerator.
  15. Put it into a piping bag and squeeze it over the quinces.
  16. For its caramel, take 2 tablespoons of sugar into a pot and cook over low heat until melted. Gently shake the pot without using a spoon.
  17. Add the butter to the sugar that has melted and changed color and mix, then add the cream and the syrup you set aside and mix quickly. If it solidifies, do not worry, it will melt as it warms up.
  18. Cook the caramel in a short time; if you extend the time, the sugar will burn and a burnt taste will form.
  19. When the caramel has cooled completely, pour it over the cream with a spoon. (if the caramel is hot, it will melt the cream. )
  20. To make the dessert delicious, use sweet quince; prefer smooth fruits rather than irregular ones.
  21. If we want the color of this dessert to be red, you can use red food coloring. I did not use coloring
  22. We will use the quince seeds for a more natural color.
  23. Do not wait for the color to darken while the quince dessert is cooking. Its color becomes more distinct as it cools.
  24. Use the syrup formed during cooking on top of the dessert, separate the seeds inside so that it thickens.
  25. If you pay attention to all of these, you will make a delicious dessert.
