A one or two hour before, figs are soaked with hot water, the figs that swell and soften are drained, their top parts are cut, and their insides are hollowed out by pressing with a finger and then filled with walnuts.
Put them into a container that can go into the oven, place one level tablespoon of sugar on each fig, add enough hot water to slightly exceed half, close the lid, and cook on the stove for a while.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until the top lightly changes color and the sauce slightly thickens.
Once the desserts taken from the oven have cooled, you can place a teaspoon of clotted cream on top of each, decorate with grated coconut or pine nuts if desired, and serve once cooled.
