Ingredients
- 1 package of ladyfingers
- 1 cup (plus 2 tablespoons) sugar
- 5 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 300 grams labneh
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
Preparation
- For the cream, cook the sugar, milk, and flour. Once it has cooled, add the labne cheese and vanilla, then beat with a mixer.
- Mix all the ingredients needed to soak the cookies until they are fully dissolved.
