Ingredients
- 1 teacup vegetable oil
- 1 teacup yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet baking powder
- Flour as needed
- 3 water cups milk
- 1 water cup sugar
- 1.5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1.5 tablespoons flour
- 1 package butter (250 g)
- Powdered sugar
Preparation
- First, add all the ingredients for the cream to a saucepan and stir, then cook until it thickens and reaches the desired consistency.
- For the dough, mix the vegetable oil, yogurt, and eggs.
- Add the flour and baking powder, then knead into a dough with the consistency of an earlobe.
- Divide the dough in half, and divide each half into 30 small pieces. This will make a total of 60 pieces. We’ll use 30 for the bottom layer and 30 for the top layer.
- First, roll out 30 pieces of dough to the size of a tea plate, sprinkle plenty of cornstarch between them, and stack them on top of each other.
- Roll out the remaining 30 pieces of dough in the same way.
- Roll one piece out to the size of your baking sheet and place it on the bottom of the sheet.
- Pour the cream over the dough and spread it evenly. Roll out the remaining dough and place it over the cream. Cut into squares with a knife, then drizzle 1 packet of melted butter over the dessert.
- Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven until the top is golden brown.
- Once cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
