Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 90 g granulated sugar
- 2 packages liquid cream (40 cl)
- 250 g mascarpone (cream cheese)
- 90 g powdered sugar
- 1 lemon
- And mixed berries
Preparation
- First, separate the egg yolks from the whites.
- Beat the whites until stiff, add the granulated sugar, and then fold in the egg yolks.
- Finally, add the sifted flour and baking powder, and mix with a wooden spoon.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 150° for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whip the heavy cream and mascarpone, then add the powdered sugar, and finally, the juice of one squeezed lemon.
- Once the cake is done, slice it in half, spread the prepared cream between the layers, and top with forest berries.
