Ingredients
- 2 packets whipped cream powder
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 packet petibör biscuit
- Half a kilo of strawberries
- 1 piece banana
- 1 packet vanilla
- 5 tablespoons drop chocolate
- Crushed hazelnuts or walnuts
Preparation
- First, chop the strawberries and bananas into tiny pieces. Break 1 packet biscuit into small pieces. Put the whipped cream into a deep bowl.
- Pour 2 cups milk over it, and whisk with a mixer until it reaches a thick consistency.
- Before turning off the mixer, add 2-3 minutes 1 packet vanilla and continue whisking.
- Then add biscuits, drop chocolate, crushed hazelnuts, chopped strawberries and bananas, and mix well.
- On the other hand, split the refrigerator bag in half and line the inside of the cake mold.
- Pour the parfait mixture you prepared into the mold and smooth it with a spatula.
- Cover the top with cling film and wait in the freezer for 4-5 hours.:)
