Ingredients
- 2 egg
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1,5 cups corn flour
- half cup wheat flour

Preparation
- First, we grate the potatoes and carrots in a bowl.
- We finely chop the onion, leek and parsley.
- Chop the peppers finely and crumble the cheese.
- In a separate bowl, we whisk the egg, oil and yogurt with a mixer, add the vegetables and mix with a spoon.
- Finally, we add the flours, baking powders and salt and mix them.
- I lined a loaf pan with parchment paper and added sesame seeds inside, then poured the mixture; if you wish, you can pour it into a greased baking dish and add the sesame seeds on top.
- 170 degrees we put it in a cold oven and bake it for about 45 minutes until it browns, for those who try it
