Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3–3.5 cups flour (add gradually)
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1 baking powder
- 3 peaches
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Preparation
- Beat the eggs and sugar until well combined.
- First, add the liquid ingredients and beat; then add the remaining ingredients and continue beating.
- Line the bottom of a springform pan (26 cm) with parchment paper and grease the sides of the pan.
- First, sprinkle two tablespoons of sugar over the bottom, then arrange the sliced peaches in a single layer.
- Pour the cake batter over the peaches, tap the pan lightly on the counter (to release air bubbles), and bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 40 minutes.
