My hand-rolled baklava with Teremyağ? This recipe is in dozens of people's notebooks.
Ingredients
1 tea glass milk
1 vegetable oil close to a tea glass
1 piece egg
half packet baking powder
1 tablespoon yogurt
half dessert spoon granulated sugar
one pinch salt
Corn starch close to half a tea glass
As much flour as it takes
150 g butter a little bit vegetable oil
2 cups water
2-3 drops lemon
Preparation
Take all ingredients into a mixing bowl and knead until a non-stick dough is obtained.
Rest for 10 minutes. Corn starch is poured into a bowl.
Egg-sized dough balls are made from the dough and placed on a bed of starch, then covered with starch so that the tops do not dry out.
Continue dusting our dough with starch little by little until it becomes paper-thin; when it thins out, let's not add starch, let's spread the starch so it doesn't remain, let's roll it out until it is paper-thin.
Sprinkle walnuts on the thinly rolled dough and wrap it around the rolling pin.
Let's twist it into a spiral shape as seen in the photo.
Let's divide into equal parts, arranging them closely without leaving gaps, so it won't be too crowded.
Let's melt the butter and vegetable oil of the baklavas, pour it all over them, and put them in the oven.
Let's cook until the top turns golden brown. Let's prepare the syrup. Let's boil all the ingredients in a pot and let them cool down. Baklava should be cold and the syrup should be warm.
