Ingredients
  • 45 spinach leaves
  • 1 water glass of flour
  • 1/2 (half) tea glass of vegetable oil
  • 1 tea glass of granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Preparation
  1. Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and soak them in water with vinegar.
  2. Blend them raw in a blender until they form a puree.
  3. Add vegetable oil, an egg, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder, then blend again.
  4. Remove the blender blade and sift flour over the mixture.
  5. Mix thoroughly with a spatula.
  6. Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet or parchment paper, spreading it evenly across the sheet to a uniform thickness.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven set to 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) for about 15–20 minutes, until the surface changes color but does not brown.
  8. Once cooled, break it into pieces, place them in a food processor, and process until it becomes a powder.
  9. Pour it onto a large baking sheet and, if your oven has a drying setting, dry it in the oven. Otherwise, stir it occasionally over the course of 2 days to allow it to lose moisture and dry out.
  10. At the end of the second day, process it once more in the food processor and store it in single-use freezer bags in the freezer. When needed, take it out of the freezer and sprinkle generously over desserts.
