Cake? The cake recipe found in dozens of people’s cookbooks and...
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 tea glasses of sugar
- 1 tea glass of milk
- 1 tea glass of vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1 water glass of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 vanilla
- 3 packets whipped cream mix
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons Nutella
- 200 ml liquid cream
- 200 g chocolate (a mix of dark and milk chocolate)
Preparation
- Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, then add the vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract and beat briefly. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder into a bowl, gradually add them to the mixture, and beat again.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish or pan and bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes; you can check for doneness with a toothpick.
- Once the cake has cooled completely, soak it with milk.
- Next, whip 2 packages of whipped cream with 2 tea glasses of milk until stiff peaks form; add 3 tablespoons of Nutella, whip a little more, and set it aside. Whip the remaining 1 package of whipped cream with 1 tea glass of milk, then add the cream cheese..
- Once that’s done, heat the cream and melt the chocolate in it, stirring constantly—by this time, the cake should be completely cooled.
- First, spread the labneh-whipped cream mixture evenly over the cake.
- Pour the Nutella-whipped cream mixture on top and spread it evenly, then pour the cooled chocolate ganache over it. Let it chill in the refrigerator for 4–5 hours. Serve as desired.
