Ingredients
- 1 lt milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tablespoons starch
- 1 sweet butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1 packet dark chocolate (80 g)
Preparation
- Let's take the sugar, starch and flour into the pot.
- Let's mix with a whisk, after mixing, let's add the milk and put it on the stove.
- Let's mix again, also adding the egg yolk.
- Let's cook by stirring until it thickens.
- Once our milk pudding reaches the right consistency, let's add the vanillin and butter and ensure it melts.
- Let's distribute half of the milk pudding we have prepared into the bowls we will serve in.
- Let's add the bitter chocolate to the remaining muhallebi 80 g and let it melt.
- Then distribute into cups, let it rest in the refrigerator, and serve.
