There is neither milk nor yogurt in it. It is also very easy to make. Moreover, it is possible to preserve it for a long time without getting stale at all. A perfect recipe in every way with its fluffy, soft texture and taste.
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1,5 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 packet cocoa (50 g)
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 cups flour
Preparation
- In the making of a cake without milk or yogurt; put 2 cups water and 1 and a half cups granulated sugar into a hollow bowl. Whisk with the help of a wire whisk until the sugar dissolves.
- Then add half cup vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 packet vanilla, 1 packet cocoa (50 g) and 1 pinch salt to the bowl.
- Whisk well with the help of a wire whisk.
- Then, sift 2 teaspoons baking soda and 3 cups flour over the mixture, and place them.
- Ensure it mixes well with a wire whisk. If the consistency of the cake is runny, you can add a small amount more flour.
- Grease the inside of a medium-sized round baking dish thoroughly with liquid oil or butter. Sprinkle a small amount of flour. Pour the cake batter you prepared into the mold.
- Place in a preheated 170 degrees oven. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
- You can check whether your cake is cooked or not with the help of a toothpick. If it comes out dry when you insert the toothpick, it means it is cooked.
- After the cake without milk or yogurt is baked, take it out of the oven and let it cool at room temperature. Then, remove it from the mold and you can serve it.
