Ingredients
  • 2 packets sponge cake (3 layer used)
  • 4 cups milk

Preparation
  1. First, to prepare the cream, we mix all the ingredients except for the whipped cream and cream and put them on the stove; we cook them over medium heat until they thicken.

  3. After cooling, we add the cream and whipped cream and whisk with a blender; it should not be fluid, otherwise it will not stay on the cake.
  4. Then we moisten the first layer of the sponge cake with some warm and sugary milk so that it softens.
  5. We put cream on top, add strawberry and drop chocolate, and then place the second layer by pressing lightly.
  6. We apply the same process to the second layer and arrive at the final layer. We spread the cream and smooth it with a spatula.
  7. Meanwhile, we melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and, using a piping bag, shape it on the non-stick paper we measured according to the cake, ensuring they are not independent of each other, and leave it to freeze. However, not to freeze completely, so that it does not break when sticking it to the edge of the cake.
  8. We press the chocolate, which has hardened enough not to stick to the hands, onto the edge of the cake with our hands, and after waiting for a while like that, we remove the parchment paper.
  9. 3 hours after keeping it in the refrigerator you can eat it later. Bon appétit.
